Serve as a trusted advisor to executives at healthcare organizations.
Act as trusted advisors throughout the entire lifecycle—from Net New pursuits to high-value Customer Base upsells.
Deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that solve unique business challenges.
Work closely with Account Executives and your peer Solution Consultants to support fast-moving and efficient opportunities.
Participate in various projects, initiatives, and cross-functional teams to achieve team goals of driving increased revenue for Workday and sustainable business outcomes for customers by leveraging Workday technology.

Requirements

3+ years of extensive Health Care Supply Chain domain expertise
3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based Supply Chain management applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.)
3+ years in a solution consultant, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role
2+ years working with core Supply Chain concepts with advanced domain knowledge in strategic sourcing, procurement, and inventory.
5+ years of extensive Health Care Supply Chain domain expertise (for Senior Consultant)
5+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based Supply Chain management applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) (for Senior Consultant)
5+ years in a solution consultant, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role (for Senior Consultant)
3+ years working with core Supply Chain concepts with advanced domain knowledge in strategic sourcing, procurement, and inventory (for Senior Consultant)
Executive Presence: Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes through presentations (both in-person and remote).
