About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in shaping Workday's monetization strategy.
- Act as the designated Pricing Lead for 1-2 of Workday’s product lines.
- Define and implement pricing and packaging strategies related to new product and service offerings.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deal data, customer usage data, customer and sales feedback and translate into solutions or improvement opportunities.
- Find opportunities for new pricing, packaging and bundling strategies that will contribute to our strategic goals.
- Nurture close relationships with, and gain trust of partners across product, sales, finance and other organizations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience in pricing, either in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
- 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy or product management for a SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS organization.
- BSc with top class academics, MBA is a plus.
- Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or leading IaaS or PaaS company.
- High level of proficiency in data analysis and solid understanding of statistical methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in developing clear and compelling slides for senior audiences.
- Ability to run multiple projects & priorities, seamlessly moving between strategy & execution.
- Tight-knit collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience inspiring change across a global & matrixed organization.
