About the role
- Own the definition and execution of the Employee Communications roadmap
- Partner with Product Owners, customers, and cross-functional teams
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy
- Deliver solutions that balance user requirements with technical architecture
- Lead product development teams through design, development, testing, and release
- Coordinate solution designs across multiple scrum teams
- Lead deep-dive technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Guide product teams toward high-value OKRs and measurable success
- Support the adoption of functionality by internal teams and customers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, specifically defining and delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with the Talent Management or HR Tech landscape
- Proven ability to manage a strategic vision
- Expertise in guiding partnerships with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams
- A deep sense of empathy for the user
- Skilled in using data analysis for actionable insights
- Ability to navigate complex trade-offs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
