Own the definition and execution of the Employee Communications roadmap
Partner with Product Owners, customers, and cross-functional teams
Define and evolve the product vision and strategy
Deliver solutions that balance user requirements with technical architecture
Lead product development teams through design, development, testing, and release
Coordinate solution designs across multiple scrum teams
Lead deep-dive technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
Guide product teams toward high-value OKRs and measurable success
Support the adoption of functionality by internal teams and customers

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management, specifically defining and delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with the Talent Management or HR Tech landscape
Proven ability to manage a strategic vision
Expertise in guiding partnerships with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams
A deep sense of empathy for the user
Skilled in using data analysis for actionable insights
Ability to navigate complex trade-offs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
