- Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts
- Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests
- Troubleshoot and provide optimal product configuration solutions
- Communicate clearly and effectively to customers
- Create and deliver customer presentations
- Provide one-on-one consulting guidance
- Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT implementation experience
- 5+ years of experience with Payroll Absence or Time Tracking systems
- 2+ years of software consulting experience
- Workday Certification in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking (or ability to certify)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
