Architect and build scalable PaaS solutions and integration designs
Design, build, and document high-complexity integrations using latest Workday tooling and AI capabilities
Design and deploy secure AI-driven workflows and agentic designs
Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client timelines are met
Explain complex AI and integration concepts to both technical developers and non-technical finance stakeholders
Mentor and coach junior consultants

Requirements

5+ years of demonstrated integration or technical experience in Workday Financials or 8+ years in technical ERP domains like General Ledger (GL), Banking
5+ years of experience in Architecture, Design, and Build of integration solutions using technical integration tooling
4+ years of experience consulting as an Advisory Lead or Architect on large-scale customer implementations
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and modern authentication/authorization (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
Proficiency in at least one relevant programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, SQL)
Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLM integration and agentic workflow design
