💰 $140,400 - $210,500 per year
About the role
- Ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise
- Master at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning)
- Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, and demonstrate configurations via prototype systems
- Assist the client in testing the Workday solution and in converting legacy data into Workday
- Assist the Integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions
- Understand and use Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all engagements
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday’s proven solutions
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants
- Partner with customers and project teams to deliver implementations and results
Requirements
- Prior experience implementing Workday is a MUST
- A minimum of 7+ years implementing at least one of: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required
- Workday HCM Certification a plus
- Proven project management experience
- Functional experience: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance and/or Learning
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
