About the role
- Design and produce a high volume of graphics for all our content formats, including: Podcasts, Videos, Editorial articles, Research reports, Presentations.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring all creative assets are consistent with Workday and 'Forward Thinkers' visual branding.
- Help manage our team's creative asset library.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or multimedia creative (relevant internships count!)
- A strong online portfolio showcasing your design skills, especially for digital and web-based projects.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, and InDesign).
- A keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphic creation (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (like Figma or Sketch).
- An interest in B2B technology, AI, the future of work, and corporate storytelling.
