About the role
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Workday's recruiting platform
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to confirm technical feasibility
- Facilitate strategic discussions with clients to align solutions with talent strategy
- Define business value of solutions regarding time-to-hire and candidate conversion
- Partner with sales and technical teams to design solution frameworks
- Apply in-depth ERP and HCM-product knowledge to provide technical expertise
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the HR/recruitment technology space
- In-depth knowledge of HCM, ATS, and Candidate Relationship Management platforms
- Subject matter expert in the recruitment lifecycle
- Passion for conversational AI, machine learning, and automation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Ability to map customer problems to how AI solves them
