About the role
- Ensure successful implementation of Workday's product solutions
- Understand client business requirements and configure Workday solutions
- Assist clients in testing and converting legacy data into Workday
- Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience implementing HCM solutions (HCM Core, benefits, or recruiting)
- Prior experience implementing Workday is a MUST
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required
- Workday HCM Certification a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong mentorship and partnership skills
