About the role
- Outbound Product Manager for Supply Chain Management for Healthcare (including Workday Inventory)
- Serve as point-of-contact for GTM teams, Marketing, and Services across the Land-Adopt-Expand-Renew cycle
- Use competitor analysis, industry trends, product analytics, and customer/internal insights to inform roadmap
- Be the voice of customers to influence feature design and implementation strategy
- Create and publish content communicating the what and why of features and connect capabilities to value
- Design and implement feature adoption initiatives to ensure customers realize continuous value
- Craft and deliver presentations for conferences, customer visits, and sales cycles; support industry analyst engagements
Requirements
- 8 years experience in sourcing, contracting, material management, procurement or equivalent
- Direct experience with and/or a deep understanding of the healthcare provider market and supply chain processes
- Experience building cross-team relationships with effective outcomes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to lead customer engagements and present to large audiences
- Proven understanding of design thinking and product development process
- Able to make tradeoff decisions, participate in knowledge sharing and transparency, and appreciate engineering/product challenges
- Experience developing or supporting enterprise SaaS products
- MBA degree is a plus
