Lead all phases of assigned EPC projects, from engineering design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation.
Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, and construction execution to meet client requirements and contractual obligations.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
Utilize project management tools to identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to avoid cost overruns and delays.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality control standards.
Oversee contract administration, change orders, invoicing, and project reporting.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and verify quality.
Foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to achieve project goals.
Support business development by providing technical input, cost estimates, and schedules for proposals.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
Professional experience utilizing Procore is preferred.
5 years of experience managing utility scale EPC projects like PV, BESS and Substation.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project and Procore for collaboration and tracking progress.
