Administrative Assistant

• Develop and process financial statements and other reports utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
• Assemble and process tax returns for both electronic and hard copy delivery to clients
• Compose and continuously update client proposals and engagement letters
• Arrange spreadsheets and miscellaneous reports as requested
• Assist with drafting new client forms
• Assist with processing of engagement letters
• Assist the CIRA Dept as need for administrative tasks such as client fees, client records)
• Draft Power of Attorney, Installment Agreements, etc.
• Process 1099 workflows
• Assist multiple Partners and Managers with various administrative functions, including client related matters, preparing/editing miscellaneous correspondence, coordinating, and managing calendars and client contacts
• Manage GoFileRoom (GFR) tax workflows, rollovers, and tracking as deadlines approach
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure daily workflow is being effectively handled
• Diligently review and notarize documents (Notary not mandatory but would be a bonus)
• Assist with various other administrative assignments and special projects as they arise including mailings, faxing, filing, copying, scanning, etc

Marketing

• Support marketing inventory management by partnering with office staff to track and update materials, coordinate promotional item reorders, and assist with obtaining quotes and approvals.
• Assist with packing, organizing, and preparing tradeshow materials to ensure all items are ready for events.
• Support Culture Committee initiatives by assisting with event logistics and contributing ideas to enhance internal engagement.
• Assist with managing registrations and attendee tracking for firm-sponsored events.
• Support holiday gift coordination by maintaining tracking sheets, collaborating with partners, managing orders and deadlines, and communicating with vendors.
• Provide on-site support for employee headshot sessions held in the office.
• Assist with team-building event logistics, including venue booking, information gathering, invitation management, and headcount tracking.
• Handle new hire marketing tasks such as sending company store welcome emails and placing name tag orders.
• Manage the company store by setting up new hire accounts, overseeing bulk order periods, and coordinating related communications.
• Capture photos and videos at internal events to support marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of marketing tasks and initiatives.

• Summer internship offering hands-on audit work for the Condominium and Cooperations practice and tax work across practices, with coaching and training to help decide between Audit or Tax.
• Collaborate closely with experienced accounting professionals and participate in training to learn advanced accounting software and tools.
• Conduct audits, reviews, compilations, and tax compliance tasks; analyze financial data, identify trends, and contribute to reports.
