Requirements
- Solid sales experience: A completed degree or equivalent qualification and several years of experience in selling technology solutions—ideally in ERP, SaaS or cloud environments.
- Expertise in solution- & product-led sales: Proven track record implementing solution-, value-based- and product-led sales strategies, as well as experience in product marketing, pricing and data-driven sales.
- Industry knowledge (or strong willingness to learn): Ideally you know the healthcare and social care sectors—or you bring the motivation to quickly and deeply familiarize yourself with these markets.
- Strong skills in process optimization & channel development: You have measurable successes optimizing sales processes and building new sales channels.
- Leadership with impact: You demonstrate clear communication, strong customer orientation and an empathetic, inspiring leadership style that strengthens both performance and team culture.
