About the role

  • Contribute to ENER:GY, an ERP billing platform for municipal utilities and energy providers
  • Develop specialized migration tools for the structured migration of legacy systems to ENER:GY
  • Responsible for the product vision and roadmap for the migration tools
  • Develop tools for data migrations in new customer implementations
  • Develop solutions for migrations for existing customers
  • Standardize and automate migration processes
  • Work closely with development teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment
  • Experience with technical products, e.g., platforms, APIs, integrations, or data-driven systems
  • Ideally, knowledge of data migration, data platforms, or system integrations
  • Confident use of agile methods such as Scrum
  • Structured backlog management, prioritization, and product discovery
  • Proficient communication in German (minimum C1)
