About the role

  • Advise and support clients in implementing the 24-hour supplier change and other market-relevant processes.
  • Work closely with the ERP team and developers to design solutions for complex market communication requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all market communication issues and ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on market communication topics.
  • Participate in projects related to the introduction of new processes and systems.
  • Provide technical and subject-matter consulting and support for the rollout of the nts.suite software.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of market communication in the energy industry, with specific expertise in the 24-hour supplier change.
  • Experience in consulting.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of the technical implementation of market communication processes is an advantage.
