IT Support Technician – Helpdesk / Service Desk

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Testing – You test new IT environments and provide practical feedback.
- Workplace rollouts – Deployment and setup of workstations at our Hoyer locations.
- Troubleshooting – You investigate issues in a structured way and find solutions.
- IT standards & services – You actively support their further development and implementation.
- Documentation & FAQs – Create clear instructions for colleagues and end users.
- Device Management – Rollout, support and administration of laptops, smartphones & tablets.
- On- & Offboarding – Setup, management and maintenance of user accounts & IT assets.
- Tickets & Incidents – Handling service requests, incidents and support cases in the ticketing system.
- End-user support – You provide competent support to our users (m/f/d) remotely or by phone.
Requirements
What you’ll need- IT training or experience – Completed vocational training in IT or relevant professional experience.
- Language skills – Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-reliance – You approach tasks independently and with a clear plan.
- Team spirit – Collaboration comes naturally to you.
- Support specialist – You’re an expert at resolving Layer-8 (user-related) issues.
- Structure & reliability – You work in an organized, deadline-oriented and solution-focused manner.
- Communication skills – You communicate clearly, courteously and on an equal footing.
- Supporter mindset – Experience in First Level Support, Helpdesk or Service Desk.
- Technical understanding – Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office.
- Language skills – Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
