  • Comfortable working with technology platforms and willing to learn new tools quickly
  • Track record of solving problems in the moment while keeping the bigger picture in view
  • Preferred: Experience in learning & development, coaching, consulting, or organizational development industries
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
