About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Product Manager, Applied Research Intelligence helps build Wiley’s AI platform for life-sciences research and development
- Partner with product, design, engineering, and data science to move features and improvements from idea to launch
- Contribute to product discovery with researchers and R&D users, help shape requirements and priorities
- Track how your work performs once it ships
- Collaborate closely with senior product managers and the wider team across several workstreams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product management experience (typically 5+ years) on B2B / enterprise software
- Experience working in, or closely alongside, research and development in pharmaceutical or life-sciences organizations
- Ability to turn customer and market insight into clear requirements and measurable outcomes
- Comfort with technical concepts — data, APIs, and AI/LLM-driven workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal product, design, engineering, and commercial teams
- Experience contributing to a product or product line that scaled to $50M+ in revenue, from build through launch
