About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the VP, Business Growth & Development Leadership Team, and Partner Solutions Leadership Team to develop, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives and business plans
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes, and lead change management activities when needed
- Lead Partner Solutions communications efforts that build a connected team culture and align with leadership priorities
- Act as a liaison between Partner Solutions and Product, Technology, AI & Data Analytics, Audience Solutions, and Research Publishing teams to keep priorities aligned
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and chief of staff to the VP, anticipating business needs and identifying risks and opportunities
- Coordinate leadership activities, customer-facing priorities, and industry engagement, including team meetings, sales kickoffs, and presentations
- Use AI and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, to support planning, reporting, and decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years minimum experience in scholarly publishing
- Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders
- Concise and persuasive communication skills
- Change management experience
- Advanced Outlook and PowerPoint skills
- Advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of Power BI capabilities
- Comfortable using AI tools for data, analytics, and communication coordination
- Fluent in English
- Able to travel by plane or train as needed
