About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and qualify top targets and opportunities to drive technology-required adoptions
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to devise training plans for new and existing adoptions
- Develop strategies to retain business and expand existing accounts
- Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations to customers
- Manage a pipeline and assess sales opportunities
- Conduct in-person training for Wiley’s digital solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required
- Sales experience with a background in higher education is strongly preferred
- Sales mindset, organization, planning, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel 40-60% (mostly by car; occasionally by air)
- Candidates must reside in the Illinois territory and have a valid driver's license
