Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and qualify top targets and opportunities to drive technology-required adoptions
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to devise training plans for new and existing adoptions
Develop strategies to retain business and expand existing accounts
Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations to customers
Manage a pipeline and assess sales opportunities
Conduct in-person training for Wiley’s digital solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required
Sales experience with a background in higher education is strongly preferred
Sales mindset, organization, planning, presentation, and leadership skills
Ability to travel 40-60% (mostly by car; occasionally by air)
Candidates must reside in the Illinois territory and have a valid driver's license
