About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive outbound prospecting across multiple sectors using email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Research and qualify new employer accounts to build a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline
- Educate prospects on our audiences, value propositions, and advertising solutions
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Managers and ensure smooth handovers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS, recruitment advertising, or digital media
- A hunter mentality: persistent, resourceful, and motivated to open new doors using modern, creative techniques
- A proven track-record in implementing qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC to identify viable opportunities
- Confident communicator who can build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Highly accountable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools is a plus
