Key responsibilities & impact

Drive outbound prospecting across multiple sectors using email, phone, and LinkedIn
Research and qualify new employer accounts to build a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline
Educate prospects on our audiences, value propositions, and advertising solutions
Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Managers and ensure smooth handovers
Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS, recruitment advertising, or digital media
A hunter mentality: persistent, resourceful, and motivated to open new doors using modern, creative techniques
A proven track-record in implementing qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC to identify viable opportunities
Confident communicator who can build rapport and influence decision-makers
Highly accountable, organized, and comfortable working independently
Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools is a plus
