About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies for assigned territories and segments
- Manage and coordinate regional events, trade shows, conferences, and customer engagement programs
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with territory goals and pipeline objectives
- Develop and manage field marketing budgets and resource allocation
- Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to inform strategic decision-making
- Drive lead generation and pipeline development through targeted field marketing campaigns
- Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and external service providers
- Analyze and report on program performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and corporate marketing teams
- Support customer reference programs, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and regional marketing staff
- Travel to support regional activities and customer engagement events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles
- Proven experience managing marketing programs and driving measurable results
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience working collaboratively with sales teams and channel partners
- Ability to travel to support regional activities
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
