Community Manager

• Responsibility for a portion of our guides and their schedules
• Coordination of appointments and schedules
• Reactivation of guides
• Handling guide inquiries
• Supporting and further developing our processes

Performance Marketing

• Set up, structure and optimize Google Ads campaigns weekly (Search campaigns & Performance Max campaigns)
• Manage keywords, ad copy, quality factors and audience signals
• Maintain product feeds/Merchant Center (quality, labels, exclusions)
• Control budgets based on ROAS/CPA targets, using automated bidding strategies
• Approximately 1–1.5 hours of client meetings per week for performance analysis and to derive actions
• Close coordination with our brands; prioritization across multiple projects
