About the role
- Responsible for the strategic design and management of Operations.
- Build and maintain a sustainable, robust, and efficient supply chain.
- Identify and optimize the company’s key operational core processes.
- Improve operational processes through data, automation, and system integration.
- Support structured analysis of complex issues and their effective implementation.
- Lead the Supply Chain and IT teams.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience in Operations—ideally in Direct-to-Consumer / e-commerce business models.
- Several years’ experience in situational leadership of cross-functional teams across multiple levels.
- Strong in process analysis, deriving improvement measures, and driving cross-functional implementation.
- Solid understanding of international supply chains, manufacturing, and logistics processes.
- Fundamental understanding of IT and data architectures, and ideally experience with tool ecosystems in the Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce environment (Shopify, etc.).
- Ability to set clear priorities, make sound decisions, and maintain an overview in complex situations.
- Communicate clearly and in a structured way, and foster a productive, trust-based working environment.
