About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements, providing expert advice on Wildix UCaaS solutions
- Conduct detailed assessments of client infrastructure to recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to design customized UCaaS solutions, including network design, integration strategies, and deployment plans
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures and create detailed proposals, diagrams, and presentations for clients
- Maintain expertise in Wildix UCaaS products, features, and capabilities, staying updated on industry trends and providing guidance to internal teams and clients
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to specific client requirements, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring client understanding
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, addressing technical objections and negotiating technical aspects of contracts
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and market trends
- Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and training resources
- Set-up a Wildix solution like PBX and support new partners in their first implementations if required. This role will require travel.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering or technical consulting role in the UCaaS, CCaaS or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of Unified Communications technologies, including VoIP, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in setting up UCaaS solutions like PBXs
- Familiarity with AI-Driven Business Intelligence
