About the role

  • Work closely with IT and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct technical analysis to define scalable, feasible solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain high-performing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the system.

Requirements

  • min 3 years of proven experience in Salesforce configuration
  • hand-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration, data management, security configurations, automation tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing competing priorities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bonus Points If holding Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer or Consultant.
  • holding Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201, ADM-211).
  • Having strong analytical and problem solving skills.
