About The Role We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer to strengthen and harden our AWS-based infrastructure. What You Will Do… Harden AWS accounts, VPCs, and workloads by enforcing best-practice configurations and policies. Build security automation to detect and remediate misconfigurations. Collaborate with DevOps and SRE to embed security into infrastructure provisioning and deployments. Lead AWS security assessments, penetration testing coordination, and remediation efforts. Provide security guidance during architectural planning and new service deployments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and application security Strong knowledge of AWS services (IAM, VPC, Control Tower, Security Groups, GuardDuty, Config, KMS, WAF, etc.). Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code security (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline hardening. Understanding of AWS network architecture and secure networking practices. Proficiency in monitoring and incident response within AWS environments. Familiarity with cloud compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Benchmarks) Grasp of threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident remediation. Experience implementing zero-trust and least-privilege principles. Ability to perform security reviews of architecture and configurations.
