Influencer Sales Executive – DACH

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across multiple platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.
- Driving business growth by sourcing and delivering campaigns with influencers, creators and celebrities across different social platforms.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets as a primary responsibility.
- Taking responsibility and pushing initiatives in a high-growth environment.
- Collaborating within the Performance Influencer Marketing team to enhance growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in German (essential)
- Resilient - You can handle setbacks and pressure with a positive mindset, staying motivated in challenging situations
- Results Focused & Data Driven - You are motivated by measurable outcomes; you use data to guide decisions and improve performance.
- Sales or Influencer Marketing Background - Experienced in sales or working with creators
- Negotiation skills - With a strong understanding of outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Effective Time Management - You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Strong Communication Skills - You are a confident and clear communicator who brings energy to interactions and the team.
- Target Driven - Highly motivated to exceed your goals; proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Interest in Influencer & Creator Space - You follow trends and keep up with platform updates
