About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across multiple platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.
  • Driving business growth by sourcing and delivering campaigns with influencers, creators and celebrities across different social platforms.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets as a primary responsibility.
  • Taking responsibility and pushing initiatives in a high-growth environment.
  • Collaborating within the Performance Influencer Marketing team to enhance growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in German (essential)

  • Sales or Influencer Marketing Background - Experienced in sales or working with creators

  • Strong Communication Skills - You are a confident and clear communicator who brings energy to interactions and the team.
