About the role
- You are the technical point of contact for our customers
- Implementation of customer projects in the German-speaking region of Switzerland
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs
- Complete operational and project documentation, as well as status reports
- Contribute to shaping our product portfolio and services
- Support the sales team with technical expertise
- Supervise apprentices and support their development
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in designing and operating Microsoft-based solutions
- Strong familiarity with both public cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure
- Ideally proven knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and certifications for the deployed products
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
- Structured, responsible approach and project management skills
- High commitment and regular on-call availability
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
