About the role
- Operation and ongoing development of the network infrastructure for our service centers based on an automated ACI stack.
- Supporting and advising our customers on network-related inquiries.
- Assisting the support team with escalated 3rd-level tickets and providing deep-dive troubleshooting.
- Evaluating and designing network solutions for specific customer requirements.
- Further developing network solutions for our WIIT Native Cloud.
- Operating and enhancing our corporate backbone infrastructure.
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a Senior Network Engineer (HF or FH).
- At least CCNP certification.
- Solid experience in routing (BGP, EIGRP, etc.).
- Prior experience working with FortiGate and Palo Alto.
- Knowledge of Cisco ACI.
- Knowledge of automation (GitLab and NetBox).
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the IT environment.
- Strong German and English skills.
