About the role
- Responsible for the administration, optimization and further development of clients' Windows servers and Remote Desktop servers.
- Participate in system monitoring, incident analysis and troubleshooting, and provide first- and second-level support.
- Implement security concepts and measures to secure the cloud infrastructure.
- Support the roll-out and integration of new Microsoft services and features.
- Direct client communication, from consulting through to implementation.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, or comparable experience.
- Solid experience administering Remote Desktop servers and basic knowledge of the Windows Server environment.
- Ideally some exposure to DATEV in an administrative context.
- Enjoys teamwork but is also capable of working independently.
- Strong IT affinity and a passionate interest in new technologies.
- Professional customer manner and a strong service orientation.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
