About the role
- You will take responsibility for the administration, optimization and further development of our clients' Exchange and DATEV environments.
- You will participate in system monitoring, incident analysis and troubleshooting.
- You will support our helpdesk at the 2nd-level, with a view to 3rd-level support in the future.
- You will implement security concepts and measures to harden the cloud infrastructure.
- You will assist with the rollout and integration of new Microsoft services and features.
- You will handle direct customer communication.
Requirements
- Completed training in the IT field, e.g. IT specialist for system integration, or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience administering Exchange Online and basic knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Ideally, practical exposure to DATEV in an administrative context.
- Enjoy working in a team but also able to work independently.
- Strong IT affinity and a passion for new technologies.
- Professional customer manner and a strong service orientation.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
