About the role
- Operation and further development of the network infrastructure for the service centers based on an automated ACI stack
- Support and advise customers on network-related inquiries
- Assist the support team with escalated 3rd-level tickets in deep-dive support
- Evaluate and design network solutions for specific customer requests
- Further develop network solutions for WIIT Native Cloud
- Operate and further develop the corporate backbone infrastructure
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a Senior Network Engineer (HF or FH)
- At least one CCNP certification
- Solid experience in routing (BGP, EIGRP, etc.)
- Prior experience with FortiGate / Palo Alto and with Cisco ACI is an advantage
- Knowledge of automation (GitLab and NetBox) is desirable
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the IT field
- Strong German and English language skills required
