About the role
- Take technical leadership for our backend solutions
- Act as the technical point of contact for our clients
- Orchestrate all phases of the lifecycle for our backend solutions
- Responsible for delivery of customer projects in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Produce complete operations and project documentation as well as status reports
- Actively contribute to shaping the product portfolio and our services
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in designing and operating Microsoft-based solutions
- Strong familiarity with both public cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure
- Ideally, proven knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 and certifications for used products
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
- Structured and responsible working style as well as project management skills
- High commitment and regular on-call availability
- Conversational German and English skills, both written and spoken
