About the role
- Provide First Level Support for new and existing clients’ financial related support needs as part of the product support infrastructure.
- Resolve cases by educating our clients, gathering information about their workflows, or working with WideOrbit’s internal departments to bring resolution to cases.
- Solve client issues within a fast-paced, collaborative work environment with a positive attitude and confident/calm demeanor to ensure their satisfaction with our products and our service.
- Identify and document software defects and requests for enhancements with a keen attention to detail.
- Execute the Implementation of WideOrbit’s financial software, remotely or on-site.
- Create and maintain a training agenda for each client project.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while adeptly managing changes in scope and/or timelines.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s specific business objectives and educate customers on various configurations and/or customization options.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend action plans for resolution.
- Accurately import Finance related data sets into production environment as part of project-based work and work closely with the client to ensure accuracy.
- Use subject matter expertise to participate in creating or updating internal and client-facing documentation.
- Effective and timely communication with all stakeholders including clients, industry groups, and internal departments such as support, development, product management, and release management.
- Support coverage may be needed for company observed Holidays and any coverage requests will be communicated timely.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a finance-focused and client-facing role, within the media industry is advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude for quickly learning new software.
- Proven ability to work successfully as part of a team while also assuming individual obligations.
- Ability to lead presentations with confidence and build relationships with customers quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate with a technical or non-technical audience.
- Proven ability to direct and manage multiple projects or tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, communicating in a thoughtful and consultative way with internal and external customers.
- Experience in documenting processes or writing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Excel, and Word.
- Interest and willingness to travel up to 15%.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
