About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage senior consulting professionals — Directors, Partners, Senior Managers — across target markets
- Pitch candidates and opportunities to clients in a structured, professional manner
- Manage outbound & inbound communication in German at a high level
- Conduct high-volume outreach and follow-up to build long-term relationships
- Work closely with the founder using provided leads and data to drive conversions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or near-native German (C1/C2 minimum)
- Strong commercial mindset — sales, recruitment, or consulting interest
- High resilience, thrives in target-driven environments
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (C-level exposure)
- Motivated by long-term, performance-based earnings growth
- Experience in sales, recruitment, consulting, or customer-facing roles
- Background in competitive environments (sports, sales, business)
- Interest in executive search, consulting, or professional services
- Familiarity with AI tools or modern recruitment systems
