About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the offline sales and channel strategy for France
- Build and manage dealer, distributor, and reseller networks
- Drive B2C channel development through offline and hybrid sales models
- Define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning
- Set sales targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
- Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team
- Build strong partnerships with key local stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collect customer and channel feedback to support product optimization
- Coordinate closely with HQ teams (product, supply chain, logistics, marketing)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in offline sales and channel development
- Strong background in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics
- Solid B2C channel sales experience
- Minimum 3 years managing teams of 10+ people
- Proven track record of building and scaling local sales organizations
- Must be legally eligible to work in France
- Native Chinese speaker (mandatory)
- Fluent English (working level or above)
