About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers and accommodation partners
  • Assist with questions related to room modifications, rates, availability, extranet usage, and general inquiries
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and validated information is delivered
  • Maintain outstanding service levels and contribute to a positive customer journey
  • Continuously develop your knowledge to improve first-contact resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native/fluent Dutch + strong English (B2+)
  • Ability to clearly explain product/service details
  • Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office
  • Resident of Greece or willing to relocate quickly
