About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information and support to customers and accommodation partners
- Assist with questions related to room modifications, rates, availability, extranet usage, and general inquiries
- Ensure complete, accurate, and validated information is delivered
- Maintain outstanding service levels and contribute to a positive customer journey
- Continuously develop your knowledge to improve first-contact resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native/fluent Dutch + strong English (B2+)
- Ability to clearly explain product/service details
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office
- Resident of Greece or willing to relocate quickly
