About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support to customers pre- and post-sales
Perform equipment installation, testing, demonstrations, and troubleshooting
Deliver customer training and produce German-language manuals, videos, and documentation
Gather user feedback and coordinate with headquarters for product improvements
Support setup of local service centers and perform minor equipment repairs
Assist the Sales Manager with customer visits and product certification tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

German national, fluent in German and English
3–5 years of technical support / FAE experience with surveying or construction equipment
Strong hands-on skills and excellent communication abilities
Willingness to travel regularly for field service
Valid driver’s license
