About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate multiple digital projects from briefing through to completion.
  • Assist with project planning, timelines, resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Ensure projects remain on track, highlighting risks and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Act as a central point of communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas and distribute project updates.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, marketing specialists and account managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets, timesheets and resource utilisation where required.
  • Support quality assurance processes before project delivery.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed deadlines and client expectations.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of internal project management processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years' experience within a project coordination, project support, account executive or agency environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Teamwork or similar would be advantageous.
