Key responsibilities & impact

Define KPI frameworks and own data pipelines
Deliver data-driven insights that steer growth across Europe and Latin America
Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines

Identify levers for growth and retention within the local market
Collaborate with local market teams, product teams, and HQ data teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of e-commerce platform data analysis experience
Proficient in Excel and SQL
Strong working knowledge of Hive for large-scale data querying
Skilled in at least one data visualization tool
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
Fluent in English
Experience with content community platforms is a strong advantage
Currently employed at a top-tier Chinese internet company is a mandatory requirement
