Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in product design or UX design
A portfolio that shows exceptional product thinking and how you arrived at your decisions
Experience designing complex B2B or workflow-heavy products
Healthcare is a plus but not required
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Systems thinking and information architecture skills
High ownership and speed
Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows
