About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and own the agent orchestration runtime — async, distributed, designed to run live strategies without constant intervention
- Real-time data pipelines pulling from exchanges via APIs and WebSockets
- Execution engine connecting to markets and handling order and position logic
- Risk systems built into the runtime, not added later
- Web3 integration — wallets, on-chain data, multi-platform execution
- Market discovery dashboards that surface what the agents find into something actionable
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of backend engineering in Python or Go
- Experience with distributed systems and financial data pipelines
- Hands-on with Docker, Redis or Kafka, PostgreSQL
- AWS deployment and monitoring — you set it up yourself
- Genuine understanding of how financial markets work
- Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics
