Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing large engineering teams
A track record of building or repairing engineering culture
Experience standardizing processes across multiple engineering groups
Comfort with organizational transformation
End-to-end ownership mindset
Aspiration toward a CTO role
Fluency in English. Polish is a plus.
