About the role

Balancing of in-game economies, progression systems, rewards, currencies and features
Analysis of player and economy data (e.g., spins, bets, wallets, XP curves, retention, monetization)
Development and maintenance of balancing models, formulas and rule sets
Running simulations, tests and iterations (e.g., scenarios, edge cases, exploits)
Close collaboration with Game Design, Monetization, BI and Development
Translating complex numerical models into clear concepts and actionable decisions
Documenting balancing logic and assisting with feature explanations & tutorials

Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
Passion for games — ideally with an understanding of game economies, progression or monetization
Experience or strong interest in: Game Design / Economy Design / Balancing
Data analysis or statistical modeling
Ideally an IT or programming background (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel/Sheets, simulations, scripting)
Ability to explain complex relationships in a structured and clear way
Independent, solution-oriented working style
