Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS or complex/consultative products preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals
- Experience building or leading a sales team
- KPI-driven, data-oriented working approach
- High degree of ownership and strong execution skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent German and very good English
