Build and manage the finance systems stack end-to-end (AP, AR, FP&A), taking full responsibility for configuration, cross-platform integrations, and continuous optimization.
Establish AI and automation as the core engine of finance operations by designing, building, and maintaining API-based integrations and automated workflows that replace manual processes.
Act as the bridge between Finance and Tech, translating complex accounting and financial requirements into scalable system logic, automation rules, and robust reporting structures.
Collaborate with Customer Operations, People, and Product teams to ensure frictionless and productive internal operations.
Drive the transition away from spreadsheet-based reporting by implementing automated dashboards and reports using SQL and modern BI tools.
Partner with the Risk Management team to ensure that relevant financial and operational data is accurate across all entities so that regulatory filings can be prepared with audit-ready precision.
Support group-wide budgeting and long-term financial modeling, integrating live on-chain data into decision-making frameworks.

Requirements

Approximately 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Technology, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking.
A proven track record of successful experiments in AI and automation.
Proficiency with modern data and analytics tools and SQL is essential; you are passionate about using technology to automate tasks and solve problems.
Experience in or a strong passion for the Crypto/Web3 sector is a significant advantage.
