About the role
- Oversee customer service, inventory tasks, and operational tasks for an e-bike store in Washington, DC.
- Help new customers choose bikes, batteries, accessories, and services; assist with subscriptions, payments, and account setup.
- Explain bike features and ensure excellent first experiences for customers.
- Support existing customers with repairs, payments, subscription questions, invoicing, and service follow-ups.
- Coordinate repairs with mechanics and perform minor bike adjustments; inspect bikes and manage fines when necessary.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and store operations; monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization; assist with opening and closing the store and support team and supervisor with other tasks.
Requirements
- Spanish speaker
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and other common productivity tools.
- Good at multitasking and staying organized in a busy environment.
- Ability to connect and work well with different types of people.
- Flexible to work weekdays and weekends (if necessary).
- Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, French, or others) is a plus.
