About the role
- Support daily operations across multiple stores, identifying issues and ensuring accountability.
- Drive consistent achievement of key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, timely reporting, and service quality standards.
- Oversee and support routine operational workflows, ensuring accuracy of daily reports and smooth execution of administrative tasks across stores.
- Act as primary point of escalation for urgent operational issues and coordinate timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Manage office procurement processes with a strong focus on cost efficiency and vendor optimization.
- Provide structured support for reporting and analytics, including review and validation of daily reports in collaboration with the operations team.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in collections reporting.
- Identify errors in processes, correct them, and train staff to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct detailed analysis of inventory results, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor workforce scheduling efficiency, eliminate idle time, and ensure optimal staff allocation.
- Motivate, guide, and hold teams accountable for achieving operational goals while fostering a positive and performance-driven culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operations, service, or retail supervisory role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in Russian and English required.
- Character: persistent, detail-oriented, and numbers-driven.
