• Support daily operations across multiple stores, identifying issues and ensuring accountability.
• Drive consistent achievement of key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, timely reporting, and service quality standards.
• Oversee and support routine operational workflows, ensuring accuracy of daily reports and smooth execution of administrative tasks across stores.
• Act as primary point of escalation for urgent operational issues and coordinate timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Manage office procurement processes with a strong focus on cost efficiency and vendor optimization.
• Provide structured support for reporting and analytics, including review and validation of daily reports in collaboration with the operations team.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in collections reporting.
• Identify errors in processes, correct them, and train staff to prevent recurrence.
