Responsible for safely performing e-commerce and promotional item ordering duties as assigned by management.
Uses job related knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence.
Selects from various alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures.
Quality work and customer service are expected to be provided to the client at all times.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in e-commerce or related role.
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator.
Experience in e-commerce store creation – Shopify, Printful, Order My Gear, Chipply, Word Press, WooCommerce, eBay stores, Etsy Stores.
Customer Service experience
Promotional Items experience
Experience with mailing and shipping operations (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
Must have basic computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.).
Must have knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job.
Must interact appropriately with customers and team members.
Must be able to carry out written, oral, and diagrammatic instructions.
Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
